Service was far too slow. Was served our hot items and food straight away but had to wait between 10-15 mins for 2 drinks even though 6 members of staff behind counter.
Food and drinks were nice.
Could not recommend the Perfect Porridge. Absolutely tasteless - like cardboard. No options to have with it like fruit, honey, jam which I’d have needed. A wooden spoon didn’t help with the cardboard flavour. Best porridge is Caffè Nero which is mixed and poured into a bowl - even Costas is eugh and it comes in similar packaging as Starbucks. Tea is amazing - best tea out there. Though no skimmed milk set out in a dispenser - just whole and semi. Had to ask and got a bottle slid towards me. The whole place is dark, noisy and cold. Not comfortable to sit for any length of time. It’s just a big warehouse unit with dark woods and metals. Parking is fine just outside the door. A few people working from here but the lighting isn’t great for that. Some sockets about to power electronics. Spacious enough that I feel I could leave my work things and order another tea. Don’t feel I could do that in Caffè Nero or Costa Coffee. All on ground floor including toilets. Could do with a clean as some seats and the floor underneath had crumbs
Firstly can I say that not all Starbucks cafes are the same and that most are pretty nice. This review is about the boucher Crescent cafe. The tea was alright but the food was not. Overheated toastie had made it go hard. No atmosphere, it was like a large recreational room, dull and cold. Not welcoming.
Friendly staff, great coffee and hot drinks, always at the right temperature, wide range of cakes and buns, plenty of sandwiches and wraps if wanting a bit of lunch , would recommend it
I got cappuccino and carrot cake, my daughter got iced caramel latte and a choc muffin (sit in) was delicious.
As with all Starbucks it was expensive £13.50 but it was very good.
Big building with loads of seating, staff friendly.

Frequent this store often and drinks ordered are almost always made wrong or late or both, staff should consider team training in customer service as there is none. Would give it no stars if that was an option.
Don't order two things the gap between a latte and chai latte was 8 minutes and yet ordered at the same time - very poor

Coffee and food delicious. Good service from the counter staff. They need to clean the tables floor etc more as there was spilled drinks were customers had previously sat.
Third time in a row we've had an order £30 plus and they've forgotten my daughters food. Couldn't be less impressed.
